To keep parking easy, we’ve designated front row spots for all guests. You’ll receive details along with an in-depth itinerary prior to the event.

Parking is not simple at this event, so we’ve arranged shuttle service to and from TPC, leaving from the ZOG Digital office every hour on the hour from 8 AM – 4 PM. Shuttle details and an event map are included with your in-depth itinerary prior to the event.

FAQs

Q: Can I buy tickets for this event?
A: No, this is an invitation-only event. However, you can request an invitation, and a member from the team will reach out to you to discuss options.

Q: Can I buy tickets for the Phoenix Open?
A: If you’ve received an invitation, ZD has your ticket covered for Day 2. If you’d like to attend the Phoenix Open on other days, you can purchase tickets online.

Q: Do I have to be a client to attend?
A: No, the event is open to partners, prospects, and non-client companies alike. If you received an invitation, you’re in! To request an invitation, contact us.

Q: Besides the ‘Work Smart’ conference event, what does my invitation include?
A: Your invitation includes access to the ‘Work Smart’ conference, as well as breakfast and lunch on Day 1. On Day 2, your invitation includes shuttle to/from the event, entrance into the event and a pass for the ZD box on the 16th hole. Food and drink is provided all day at no cost).

Q: I’m a speaker / platform / network and would like to pitch to Zog Digital. How can I do this?
A: This summit is not like other conferences. We only allow partners and networks that have been vetted and pre-approved to address the audience. If you’d like to get the review process started, reach out to our Concierge Team for more information.

Q: I’d really like to attend the Innovation Summit, but I’m having a hard time convincing my boss. Can you help?
A: Absolutely. We prepared a Cost/Benefit Analysis. Simply contact our Concierge Team for more information.

Q: Are there accommodations for special requests and needs?
A: Yes! From special meals to arrangements, we have a Concierge Team designated to help you with anything you might need during your visit with us. Reach out to our Concierge Team prior to the event to make advance arrangements.

Q: Is travel and lodging included with the event?
A: No. While travel and lodging costs are not included with the event, we do have a selection of rooms reserved and can provide assistance with travel. With an event like the Phoenix Open, rooms in the area fill up quickly, so lock down hotel and travel as soon as possible!

Q: I won’t have a car during my stay – how do I get to the event?
A: In addition to Uber and Lyft, we have private car service available for you during your stay. A shuttle to and from the Phoenix Open is provided on Day 2 and runs every hour on the hour. Shuttle location and details will be shared during Day 1 of the event.

Q: Can I bring additional team members or a spouse to the event?
A: Absolutely! Please check with your Account Manager or the Concierge Team for availability each day of the event.

Q: It’s my first time at the Phoenix Open (or any golf event). What do I do?
A: Take a look at the Phoenix Open FAQs — you’ll find information on attire, what you can bring into the event, their mobile phone policy, and other important topics.

Q: I’d like to make the most of my time in Arizona. What do you recommend?
A: Email your Account Manager or the Concierge Team for time with our solutions team. We can help with entertainment, outdoor activities, or arrange introductions with other clients, partners and contacts.
