Last week, ZOG Digital’s Rachel Zahn and Craig Gress grabbed their MacBooks, stocked up on coffee, and jumped in their cars for a road trip to sunny Palm Springs, California to attend this year’s eTail West annual conference. The 4-day event was held from February 17th-20th and brought new concepts in retail marketing to life through keynote presentations, interactive panels, and tons of networking opportunities.

The event primarily focused on how retailers can increase their brand’s engagement through powerful digital marketing strategies and bold brand developments. By creating an omni-channel experience that seamlessly weaves together digital components, users can shop and engage on their own terms. However, our team’s “ah-ha” moment was that many brands seem more focused on how to execute than what to do. Many retailers understand the power behind these digital opportunities and are in search of ways to get executive-level support behind the digital tactics they want to bring to life.

While our account team is still coming down from the high of networking with retail’s top performers, their insights are being put to work. We hear your plea for the authority to call the shots in the digital space and we are coming together to help you harness that power.
